Used Akhtar and his team for an airport transfer very recently to London Gatwick South terminal. Booked online after reading some great reviews as our previous chauffeur retired after 17+ years. Communication was excellent throughout. Got an automated message the day before (outbound and return journeys) confirming everything. Turned up slightly early for the outbound (always reassuring!) and the Mercedes was just what we were after. Carefully driven and very safe. On the return our driver met us at arrivals and his BMW was similarly excellent. We have already got another trip booked for September and will shortly be organising another one for November. Very happy throughout and good value for money. No hesitation in recommending.
